Terms of Agreement

These terms cover the interactive tools, journals, references and any other digital products sold on this site. By buying, opening or using any of them, you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.
These tools are for educational and informational purposes only. I am not a doctor, physician, registered dietitian, therapist, or licensed healthcare professional. Nothing here is intended to be, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Please consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting anything here, or before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medications, sleep, or wellness routine.
The Healing Herbs Reference describes traditional and historical uses of plants and herbs. It is not a treatment guide and it does not tell you what to take.
Your own decisions
By using these tools, you understand and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with your use of them, and that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I disclaim liability for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or adverse outcome arising from or related to your use of these tools or your reliance on any information provided through them.
No specific results are promised or guaranteed. These tools help you notice your own patterns. What you do with what you notice is yours.
What you are buying
Each purchase gives you a private link to an interactive tool you can use on your phone or computer, as many times as you like, for as long as the site is running. There is nothing to install and no subscription.
Your private link is for you. Please do not post it publicly, forward it, or share it in a group. Each tool is a small independent product and that link is the only thing standing between the work and giving it away. If someone you care about would benefit, send them to the preview page instead and let them decide for themselves.
The tools, their wording, their design, and their contents remain my intellectual property. You are buying personal access to use them, not the right to copy, resell, redistribute, or repackage them.
Where your entries are saved
What you type into these tools is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to me and I cannot see it. That is deliberate, because a lot of what people write in these is private.
It also means two practical things. Your entries will not follow you to a different device or browser. And if you clear your browsing data, or use private browsing, they can be erased. Several tools include options to copy, download, or email your entries to yourself. If something matters to you, use one of those.
Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a purchase is complete. You have the product the moment you pay.
That said, I will always make an access problem right. If your link does not work, does not arrive, or the tool will not load for you, contact me and I will fix it or replace it. Being unable to reach what you paid for is not a refund question, it is my problem to solve.
Every product has a free preview page showing what is inside before you buy. Please use it.
Phone, email and text
By providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted regarding appointments, follow-ups, and other communications related to these products or services.
By joining the email list, you consent to receiving occasional emails from me. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third-party solicitors.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the tools after an update means you accept the current version.
Agreement
By buying, accessing, or using anything on this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Agreement.
If anything here is unclear, or you need help getting to something you bought, please get in touch. I would rather answer a question than have you sit with it.
