MARIE COLEEXPERIENCE

THE PERSON BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

Hi, I'm
Marie.

A curious woman, a natural encourager, and a firm believer that the good chapters aren't finished.

I'm Marie Cole, creator and host of the Marie Cole Experience. I make films, ask questions, follow interesting ideas, and invite people along for the ride.

I'm glad you're here.

A NOTE FROM MARIE

I still want to see what happens next.

Life can be full and complicated and still have room for something wonderful.

Maybe you're rethinking the way you care for your body. Maybe you have an idea you've been carrying around for years. Or maybe you just want to learn why the Moon looks so big when it's near the horizon. Honestly, I love all three kinds of questions.

Some of my favorite conversations happen in my car. I call it my mobile studio. We can talk about real things, laugh a little, question old assumptions, and take one realistic step without pretending any of us has life completely figured out.

This is a place for stories, useful discoveries, and the freedom to keep becoming. I'm happy to meet you wherever you are in yours.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

A lot of questions. One big idea.

I'm Marie. I have a habit of following a question until it takes me somewhere interesting. Sometimes that means exploring what actually happens to our bodies as we get older. Sometimes it means wondering why we put off the very thing we want to try. And sometimes it means asking why one old song can bring an entire room back to life in your memory.

That range makes perfect sense to me. We're not just one subject. We have bodies to care for, ideas worth pursuing, people to love, and places in our lives where we still want to grow.

I started sharing those questions through conversations and films. Quite a few happen in my car, which I proudly call my mobile studio. It is not glamorous in the traditional Hollywood sense, but the conversations are real, and the parking is usually excellent.

I've talked about health, movement, habits and the experience of trying to change. I've also found myself drawn to something bigger than any one goal: the moment someone begins to believe that a next chapter is still possible, even before they can prove exactly how it will turn out.

That's the heart of the Marie Cole Experience. What began with films and conversations is growing into a place for researched stories, surprising discoveries, a few laughs, creative adventures, and interactive experiences you can enjoy simply because you feel like it. I want this place to make you curious about what comes next.

Three words keep bringing me back.

Body is about living in the one you've got, understanding it better and treating it with care. Purpose is about following the ideas and work that matter to you, including the ones you're only just brave enough to begin. Freedom is the room to choose what comes next without asking permission from every old expectation.

And no, I don't believe turning 40, 50 or 60 puts an expiration date on any of those things. We can learn something new, change our minds, start a project, make a friend, and still surprise ourselves. Beginning again doesn't erase what came before. It gives the next chapter a chance.

There is no entrance exam here. You don't have to be struggling to enjoy an interesting story, and you don't have to share your personal business to belong. You might come for a film and stay for an article. You might solve a puzzle, laugh at a comic, or leave with one realistic step. That's enough.

My hope is that you feel seen, get curious, and remember that your life still has room for something wonderful.

We can have a good time without wasting time. And, my friend, I think there is a lot more good time ahead.

Let's see where the conversation takes us.
